The Children’s Musical Theater Workshop will present Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Friday at 6:00 pm at the Leura Hill Eastman Performing Arts Center in Fryeburg. The production is free of charge and open to the public.

The workshop program gives all children the opportunity to perform on the stage while learning theater skills such as character development, improvisation, daily vocal exercises, how to project the voice for the stage. It also offers opportunities for solo singing. Not all characters are required to sing. The workshop consists of a structured week of auditions, casting and rehearsals.

The Children’s Musical Theater Workshop is run by director Mary Bastoni-Rebmann and assisted by Natasha Repass. The production on Friday is a fully staged production with costumes, set and lighting.

Mary Bastoni-Rebmann will present her popular Children’s Musical Theater Workshop during Februrary and April school vacation weeks for children ages 6 – 14. The week long workshop will be held in North Conway with a final stage performance, open to the public and presented at the beautiful Leura Hill Eastman Performing Arts Center in Fryeburg, ME. “It’s A Wonderful Life”, enjoyed a very successful run at the Leura Hill Eastman Performing Arts Center at Fryeburg Academy this past weekend. What a way to enjoy the holiday season!
